Need new idler tire for Atari 410 Program Cassette Recorder

This is technically only used with older Atari computers, but it is still a cassette recorder. My problem is I need a new idler tire for the spindle that drives the takeup wheel in play mode. The original tire has a worn spot on it that looks like the capstan was spinning but something was holding the tire stationary. The scar causes a significant "bump" when in use, which can wreak havoc with transferring data from the recorder to the computer. It's an odd size that I can't find anywhere. I've even spoken with Terry from Terrry's Rubber Rollers and he can't help me.
The original tire measures: OD 19.2mm(.756") x ID 12.1mm(.477") x Thickness 2.4mm(.094") Does anyone know a source for custom made tires?
I've attached a few pictures for reference.

I found something that I think may work. The site is: https://fixyouraudio.com/

I removed the tire and measured the diameter of the spindle itself and my new measurements are ID 11.7mm x OD 19mm x Thickness 2.4mm

They have a tire that is 11.8mm x 19mm x 2.0mm. I think that will work. I can let you know when I get them or you can order your own now. They are located in Europe so it may take a while to receive them.

I have actually ordered from him, a capstan pinch roller for a Nakamichi 500, and was very satisfied with the roller, service and international shipping. He will respond to questions also. If you are getting the pinch roller with the hub, you also need to check the spindle size. You can email him and ask about your specific size also. My shipping was about 6.26 and shipped in 2 days (it took a while to arrive).

I received the idler tires today from https://fixyouraudio.com/ and installed them in both of my 410's. Worked like a charm. I attached a picture for the part number and description.

Thanks for the update, that is good news. Does your recorder load pre-recorded games cassettes? The dilemma with my 410 is I can store and retrieve BASIC programs from cassette, but always get errors loading pre-recorded games, even on fresh cassettes with game from .wav file.

I have only one game, States and Capitals. It is a pre-recorded game and it does load from both recorders with issue. My intent is to download some games and try to record them and see if the 410's work as they should. I never had one until I purchased these two non-working units on ebay, not even back in the day, so I have zero experience with them. I will try a few things and keep you up to date.

EDIT:
The line should read that the programs loads from both machines WITHOUT issue.
