No problem. Your opinions have meant a lot. I'm on the fence now. My budget was $300-500 for the preamp and I was already taking the cost of the Crown into account. I have no issues spending $800 on the Yamaha but the Onkyo at $400 seems to be hard to ignore. Especially since I'm an Onkyo fan to begin with. I absolutely hate the muddy flat sound of the RX-V673. I would love to know what any thoughts are regarding this. I'm confident that the 75WPS will crank in my room especially since the piece in there now is only about that and Onkyo. It's a TXSV717PRO.
I love it but wanna upgrade and want just 2 channel.
