Need replacements for 2SC2591-2SA1111

Hello, i am repairing a 2nd Aiwa SA-P50 amp, and these are the drivers it uses, originals are 200 Mhz parts, they arent shorted, i just had to pull one from this unit to repair another one in better cosmetic state and i think its better to use 2 new complimentary pairs, the ones on these amps are R grade.

Mouser and Digikey arent an option since they are 100+ usd shipping to here

LCSC is the only one and they have worked well before

2591 and 1111 are B-C-E both

i see some "SPTECH" 2SA1930 and 2SC5171 that are 200 Mhz and are B C E

but if someone knows of a better alternative please do

Any suggestions ? i could maybe bend the TTA/TTC 004B's legs to correct pinout, but they are only 100 Mhz, would they work still ? does anyone have any suggestions in "western" silicon ?

ive attached the amp's schematic if that would help seeing what would and wouldnt work there (they are Q11 and Q13 right around top left)

You’re not going to find any TO-220 devices at that speed, even back in the day I believe those were probably the fastest made. Luckily, they have a fairly low current rating.
You could try the 5171 and the 1930, but they’re kind of known for having a fairly poor SOA. Truthfully, it won’t make all that much of a difference unless you go with something ultra slow. If it were me and only because I have the parts so you’ll have to see if you can get them to you, but I would use either the 2SC3298B and 2SA1306B or the KEC version (absolutely identical specs) the KTC4370A and KTA1659A. You should be able to get the latter at LSCS. If those are not available, then your idea of using the TTC/TTA004b isn’t a horrible idea, just twist the legs and put them on a heat sink. I’ve done it many times before and it’s worked perfectly every time.
