Need some help on settings for Eico 666

Just a question, I have an Eico 666 tester and I am trying to find out if anyone know where I may be able to find settings for early tubes. Such as UX-112, MX-112 ect. Eico did not include them in the test data sheets.
Any guidence would be appreciated.
