Need some help with these M-audio bx8a's

I just picked up some m audio bx8a's for real cheap, not the deluxe or the d2 or the older bx8's. I can't find much information online on them.

The problem is one of them works fine, but the other just doesn't play at all. There are no sounds coming out of it when I turn it on. The other one has a distinct pop when I power it on, but this one just has the light indicator turn on. Everything else is the same except for the no sound thing. I took the back off and there isn't any corrosion or obvious shorts, no swelling or liquids, and no disconnected wires. I am using a presonus audiobox usb 2x2 with trs 1/4" male to male cables and on windows 10 via usb. I have tried many applications and im fairly sure it's not software related. No physical damage to either speaker. If it is a simple replacement, where can I get the part? i can't find any on ebay or m audio.

here's an imgur album showing the outside of the speaker and my audiobox: http://imgur.com/a/ARmh6

Let me know if you need any mroe information

These are notorious for bad capacitors. The pop is an indicator of failing caps. I've rebuilt many 5As w/ upgraded caps; 35V instead of 25V. Do a search for the BX5As, and all will be revealed...

I can post pics of the caps, but they really look fine, no swelling or liquid coming out of them. Just what im assuming is glue on the bottom of all of them (it's on everything in there)
