Need source for 2SC2240BL

Need source for 2sc2240 bl. I've checked Newark digikey, mouser. Maybe I'm just searching incorrectly. I did find 2sc2240 (MCM Brand) but with no suffixof BL or GR at Newark. So don't know what I'd get. Is Toshiba better than MCM? Please help me out, I just can't find exactly what I need.

I'm a cheapskate I guess, they require a $15 order and I only need a $1 worth of stuff. Hate to buy extra's that I won't use.

new replacement is the KSC1845 - do not get much cheaper then those. May as well order some other stuff tho as shipping is 6.95 or so.
