Need to replace a pot on a Cerwin Vega S1 crossover

So I've got a pair of S1s I'm refitting and the Mid attenuation pot is blueishly corroded and is measuring out of spec (22r instead of the stamped 15r)

What's a replacement that will work for this? Just want to make sure I'm not buying the wrong type for the crossover's role

Alternatively, if these are a pain to source, is bypassing with fixed resistor(s) an option?
