Need uPA63H data sheet

Does anyone have this information. Did a web search and no bueno.

You may need to find, e.g. on ebay, a "semiconductor reference guide" or similar from your chip's manufacturer from that era. It will have chip-by-chip descriptions and data sheets.

Here is an example from one of the semi ref guides I had to get when researching the HA1156W:

What is the manufacturer? What years was your unit produced? I'll look to see if it is in any of mine.

If I read this post correctly, a 2SK270A is a from-the-factory substitute for the uPA63H https://audiokarma.org/forums/index...-l-07m-differential-amplifier-2sk270a.625471/

And if this post is correct, the uPA68H is same or similar to uPA63H but just lower noise, then the uPA68H data sheet, two versions attached here, should be good enough to use for a datasheet for the uPA63H.

Some say you can make a uPA68H from a pair of matched 2SK117... and if the uPA68H is a lower noise version of the uPA63H, then this should work for your application, too.
