Neoprene washers - Magnavox spindle

Hi folks. I’m new here, but have been lurking and trying to learn. I am trying to restore and rebuild 2 magnavox imperial micromatic turntables. I’m missing a few parts

While removing the spindle washers, I noticed in one of them, there is a severely degraded “resilient washers of neoprene” (term used in Collaro Conqurest service manual). I only found one washer, leading me to believe that they aren’t so resilient (manual states WASHERS).

So I’ve set out to find these washers, but I’ll be danged if I can find a supplier. Best I can tell, measurements are:

OD 0.82”
ID 0.566”
Thickness 0.025”

I have not been able to find anything close to these “resilient washers of neoprene, anywhere. Anyone have a lead or a source?

Photos attached.

Thanks in advance for such an awesome site!

Lowes sell in the hardware section neoprene washes. Maybe not that specific size but larger.
As Aeribat said, then you can cut it.

Thanks for the replies. It's the thickness part that gets me. I can cut the ID/OD with an exacto knife, using the metal washers as templates, but I don't have any tool that will let me slice 0.025" thickness.
