New Braun L710s

Here are some pics of a new addition to my ADS/Braun collection. These are pure Brauns (unlike my Braun/ADS 810s). They look to be in fine condition both in and out. I love how heavy the drivers are. I have not listened to them yet but will get back with comments on the sound in a while.

how do you do it? i really need to see and hear that collection of yours someday.

Well I do not know about hearing these 710s yet as it does not appear that the tweeters are working as of now. But they are both not working which makes me a little suspicous of something upstream. The dome midrange and woofers all work however, and I am quite surprised by how well they integrate with one another. These would be very airy and open speakers if I could get the tweeters working. But I picked them up for $103 (not including shipping from Los Angeles) so at least I did not pay a bundle for them.

hopefully its something simple with the crossover, or loose wire. you're going to have a hard time finding Braun replacements if the tweeters are bad.
