New build: how to install RCA with isolation washers?

I have some switchcraft RCA connectors (3501FRX), and I also have the manufacturer recommended isolation washers (s1028 and s1029).
Does anyone know what order/how to install these so they are isolated? I can't seem to find a drawing or anything. I just don't know where to put the isolation washers. I assume, one goes on each side of the chassis, but which one goes on outside, and which one goes inside next to grounding tab?

I don't think it really matters. As long as the lip on the s1029 washer fits in the through hole, it can go on either side. The flat washer goes on the opposite side.

I usually put the stepped washer on the outside so I can line it up as the jack goes through the chassis. At that point I only need to hold it while the flat washer and the other bits go on the inside. If your hardware comes with 2 nuts, I usually put one nut directly under the inside plastic washer, and the ground lug between that nut and the second one.

I would just mount them on a piece of hard plastic and mount the plastic over a larger hole.

Sometimes you need to be careful with this because the rca jack, in some cases, needs to ground to chassis. So insulating both sides of the rca jack in that case would be a bad idea .

I prefer to ground them to wherever the cathode of the input tube goes rather than just to the chassis. Makes sure there is no funny business with ground loops and all that. If its not tube gear, I guess the functional equivalent would get the same job done.

Most cases not.. .It goes to input signal ground.
