Hello everyone. I signed up a few weeks ago and experienced some IE problems that caused my finished post to disappear before it got posted. I'm just now getting around to reposting. Another member pointed this site out to me, but I'm not sure what he goes by on here. Tom, I'm sure you'll recognize my nickname. Anywho, I'm probably not nearly as into audio equipment as many people here. I dabble once in awhile, trying to fix this or that. Someday, I'd like to build my own tube amp for my guitars when I can scrape together enough green. As of right now I've repaired a NAD 7100 that needed some fuses, a voltage regulator and some fresh relays. I've got a BS in Electronics and a small but growing number of years of experience in Radio Engineering. My job requires me to fix some audio equipment, but mostly I work with the transmitters and related systems. I do have some questions about the NAD I repaired...but I'll get to them in the appropriate forum. I hope everyone has a great Labor Day.

Welcome to the forum! Lots of good folk here.

(I've been playing with a NAD 7100 myself recently.)
