Hey I just wanted to say hello to everyone especially the vintage gear fans out there. I found this place by talking to a couple different Pionerds while buying gear from CAM and KIJIJI and I must say they were right.
A wealth of knowledge here that I'm hoping to tap into as I pursue my latest passion; learning about electronic repair. I have a weakness for vintage Pioneer and Sansui and a disdain for the "black plague" of the plastic '80's. I live in a small town near Toronto, Canada. I haven't repaired anything yet I just made my tool list and am starting to buy 'em. Starting with a Hakko 888D. So HELLOOOO!
