Hello everyone, I am Tim from the Pittsburgh area; a longtime lurker. Was an electronic tech for 50 years, including three as a broadcast engineer, and 23 as a field engineer for commercial theatre-sound and projection equipment. I am now retired, and enjoying working on vintage sound equipment, antique radio and television sets, and ham radio gear. I'm also a record collector. Glad to be aboard!

Welcome! Quite a few ham ops around here...myself included...as well as a handful of former (and current) broadcast engineers...again, myself included!
 
Hi Tim, welcome from the other end of the state. I have a trip Planned to Pittsburgh 1st week of May. Staying at the Hampton downtown. Tell me some good places to check out.
