Yamaha CDX-730E disc spinner
Yamaha AX-396 Amplifier

And the rare beasts, my Sony SS-G1 speakers on atacama stands.

What y'all think?

There was no way you were going to get unpacked without tunes. Good planning. Good luck in the new digs.

Tell us more about the Sony speakers. How old are they? I've learned not to under estimate Sony's.

Gladiator is right on the money. That's the ones, all Seas drivers nice cabs and crossovers, and the front panel to reduce diffraction I assume.

Paid £30 for them. Got them home, played some tunes and one woofer starts rattling :-( couldn't see anything visible :-( took dustcap off and the vc had become detached from the cone. Bit of superglue later and they have been singing since :-D

Thanks for the comments guys :) not that the speakers need it but I have my home made sub to go somewhere in this system yet. Needs cosmetically finishing first though as it U.G.L.Y at the moment :D
