New MCD-301 SACD Player

Im familiar with the 201 model, but the 301 seems to be replacing it as far as I know. The 301 is a 2 channel model for CD and SACD playback. Anyone compare the new model against the 201? Or is it even out yet? Word on how much more it is going for against the 201? PM me if you know.

Also a word for Ron C on here- if you leave the rubber feet on, do you still have to cut the ventilation square in the board underneath the unit for ventilation?

Ron- Again any advice on the ventilation needs of the 310 deck? I'd like to make sure my new rack accomodates it well without too much wasted space.

The MCD301 is fine sitting on a shelf by itself. It does not have the heat radiation of say a MVP871 or a power amp.
