Hi!

This forum was recommended to me by a friend (HRBallenger) because I'm looking to get back into audio. Back in the early-mid 80's I had some nicer equipment but then the kids come along and... ya know.

Well, the grandkids are here and it's gettin' to be time for grandpa to get back in the saddle.

I'm very interested in building / restoring tube audio for my own personal system. Along the way, I hope to meet new people, make some friends and learn some things.

I'm in the Sarasota area and wasn't aware there was a Florida contingent.

Does anyone know of any places in my region where tube gear (used) can be had?
Besides a Goodwill.
