I'm always very happy when Italians join audiokarma. Along with playing around with audio and electronics, Italian language is one of my other cherished hobbies. It's the most interesting subject I studied in college.

Yes, italian food is good..i can agree ;-)

Sausage and peppers.. not bad but...
I prefer italian pasta with "salsa di noci" or "pesto" or cappelletti, tortelli (my wife is from Parma.. prosciutto and Parmigiano Reggiano)

I don't speak any Italian, because I live in the "redneck" part of the US. :D

Anyway! Welcome to AudioKarma. This site owns, and I think you'll find the international diversity satisfying compared to other sites where it is all Americans or Europeans.

If you get the chance, I think we'd like to see some pictures of your gear. :)
