Hello all.

I'm new to the forum so thought I'd say hello. Hello!

I'm from the North East, England and have just started my interest in HiFi.

I have a Marantz 2215b Stereophonic Receiver, an AKAI 4000D R/R tape recorder and various Technics bits and bobs - cassette recorder, amp, CD player and turntable (which I'd like to upgrade money permitting, possibly a DIY turntable).
I am currently restoring the AKAI, new home made cams, general clean re lube and new belts. I know it's not that high a quality machine but I love it!
Anyway that's about it on the HiFi front. I also Have a basic home cinema setup, projector and surround amp etc. I make beer, grow vegetables and work hard.

That's about it so hello everyone.

cheers mate, glad you found AK. how does that brewing thing work, do you drink it faster that you can brew it? good luck with that akai, i got a teac that i'm doing the same thing with.
