On CD- from wife I got "The Historical Conquests of Josh Ritter" along w/tix to see him in Jan, and "Monsters Of Folk" w/Jim James of My Morning Jacket.

From your list, I have these. I get new stuff all the time, the fams know I'm crazy, so they let me go my way.

Civil Wars BH is really good, but it takes a certain mood for me.

Wilco, I think Whole Love is their best hardest rocker overall.

Black Keys, I love Brother, but think El Camino is better.

Gillian Welch, Harrow is growing on me. I'm still breaking in a new Rega DAC and her voice is really improving in my setup. Great album.

The Super Deluxe version of U2’s 1991 masterpiece Achtung Baby. Given its Hilton-like pricing, it pretty much precluded receiving anything else, except for the Blu-Ray of Animal House, but it was worth it. The amount of fantastic music it contains, especially to a non-fanatic U2 fan like I am, has been pretty revealing.

Last night was Please Please Me and With The Beatles. Tonight its Hard Day's Night and Beatles For Sale. Making my way through from start to finish. Of course I'll have to settle for Let it Be and Abbey Road in stereo :music:
