New old new old new AU-7500

Just picked up one of these. In great nick. I reckon it will be the last Sansui I will get. Its alongside my restored AU-999.

One channel has had the outputs replaced with lovely shiney Sanken 2SA1116 & 2SC2607. These replaced the original 2SC793 & 2SA663 - the pre-drivers have also been replaced. The originals are still intact in the other channel.

I would like to replace the outputs so they are all the same. To be honest I cant tell much difference in sound between the channels and I hear that the Sankens are hard to get now.....any point upgrading so they are all the same?

A Sony 2SC1124 has also been replaced in one channel. Modern replacement for that so both of these can be the same? Im thinking KSC2690A.

This is before a recap - but this amp sounds mint.

I always just follow "my policy" of whatever I replace/change in one channel to repair an issue, I do the identical work in the other channel (regardless of whether it is working fine or not)--just a matter of "matching". And if one channel failed due to a component deterioration/failure, the other is likely to be not far behind. I realize that some people just want a quick "fix" to get a unit up and running for sale, or on low/mid level gear that is not worth investing a lot of money into, but components are cheap--labor is not (even if you factor in doing it yourself--time is money, even if it is yours). If you are in there, do it all and do it right.
