New Pass F5 Turbo Build

I just finished this one after a long hiatus, F5T V2 with 4 MOSFETs per channel. This thing rocks the room. The 5U case just made it into my rack with a couple mm to spare. Sinks run at about 125F after cranking for a couple hours.

Even though I don't need the 5U case for the heat dissipation of my F6, I sorta wish I would have got that for the added room instead of the 4U.

Now that photo attachments are fixed, here's the amp. It slides around easily on 6 plastic feet but is captive in there due to the faceplate, so the rack has to be torn down to remove it. This is no small task with three tonearms to remove and all the cabling, but fortunately I don't need to do that. It also needs to be offset to the side to clear the IEC cord from the center pillar.

Above it are a BA-3 and Pearl 2 so it's all Pass amplification.





The box with all the cables coming out of the back is an amp switcher so I can change over to the AVR for TV watching.
