Hi AK'ers,
I've been signed up on this site for years, gleaned loads of good info from forums and contributors, but I'm just now making what I believe to be my first post... at least, I can't remember posting sooner anyhow if I did it's so long ago, consider this post a reboot.
I've collected primarily but not exclusively vintage audio for about 7 or 8 years now. It is an addictive pastime, to say the least, but there are certainly far worse ways to spend your time and your dime.
Currently, my main system comprises Rotel RB-980BX power amp RC-970 BX Pre, Pioneer PL-530 turntable, HHB CD player, Apple Airport Express for wifi streaming all hooked up to Energy 22.2 speakers.
The secondary system is a Luxman L-430 integrated, HK T35C turntable, Nakamichi CD Player 4 with ProAc Tablette and PSB Stratus Gold speakers.
I also have a number of other units to choose from to put in rotation, which is half the fun of this hobby, I think most would agree.
Anyhow, thanks to all the contributors I've learned from over the years, and if the occasion arises where I can add something to the discussion, I will make a point to do so.
