New Preamp Choices

Looking to upgrade my system(s) and seeking some advice. Would like to upgrade to digital connections and add remote control capability for my second system (MC2105/C28/Totem Forests/Schiit Bifrost), mainly used for streaming music but also hooked up to the TV. I've got a few options that I have come up with:
-Swap the C28 to a D100/150

-Swap C28 to C2200

-Swap C28 for C38 in primary system, pick up a C2200 for my primary system (Rega RP6/MC30s/Klipsch Cornwalls)

Anyone have experience running a D100 as a standalone preamp with something like the 2105?
Comments on a MC30/C2200 pairing with the Cornwalls?
Should I just swap an integrated (MA6900/2275) for the 2105/C28?

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

I have owned a C2200 for sometime now, and I have never found a single fault with it. So, from my point of view that is a great preamp that should do well in any setting. The MC30 I have no experience with but all tubes with Conwalls ought to be very nice.
 
I would also want the balance control to remoted, too. So that means the 2300, I believe. But as I am old school I would like the flexibility and the Graphic tone controls of the C-40. Along with the MC input. So I would have to compromise, and select the C-40. None of the tube pre-amps have graphic tone controls, and only the latest C-22 has the mode selector with a moving coil input. But I would gain a record selector, and the monitor amp with the C-40.
 
in SS preamps, I almost never seen anyone say - look for a C41. I had one for a while and liked it before I got the C2200. It might be a lower price point then some of the others, and it was a solid performer.
 
C2300 has a MC input, with selectable loading. It doesn't have the tone controls though, but does have bass and treble. As I've upgraded the components around the C2300 I seem to have less use for the bass and treble controls.

I've experimented with a lot of phono preamps lately. I only found one that I preferred to the MC input on the C2300 (and C100) and that is an Allnic H 1201, and I'm going to keep it. But, it did cost almost as much as my C100...
