New to Headphones and a WEIRD question

I can't help but wonder if the Pro 50s will fit the same cushions that current AKG K240s and other models will. If so you could even experiment between pleather pads and velour. (I prefer velour as it doesn't heat up as much or as quickly on your ears).

Same pads as other K240/250/260/270/280/290/340's :)
 
I always liked the LV-10, which was a rebranded Koss 'phone. I don't know how easy replacement foam earpads are to come by these days, though.
