I got this Sony PS-FL77 turntable on ebay for $120 with free shipping. It's in great condition, but the stylus on the stock cartridge was shot. I replaced it with a new Audio Technica cartridge and it sounds great. This is my first linear tracking turntable. It's got the biotracer tonearm that's really cool. Here are a couple of pictures.

Oh OK. As far as brick and mortar stores here in the Toronto area, that's what everyone is carrying around here. I was just trying to go for an elliptical stylus model, but it's good to hear you're enjoying it.

I too picked up a Sony PS-Fl77 today (my first linear tracking unit) with a Signet TK2Ep pre installed. Since the stylus must be like 20 years old, I ordered Audio Technica at92ecd as a backup/ replacement. Since the turntable sound great as is its just a precaution. I need opinions here
