New TOY!!!

I FINALLY broke down and decided to do some damage to my credit card and bought me a digital camera....

Here is one of my first shots, playing around woth the macro function

I am a moron ... forgot to say what camera...

Its a Fuji Finepix S3000. What i liked about it is that it looks and feels more robust than the standard point + shoot digital cameras.

Hey nice camera. I think its the new version of mine the Finepix 3800. They look identical and have the same features IIRC. The macro mode is one of my favorite features on this camera, heres a shot i took just yesterday. Of course its not full size so you cant see the full detail but you can get an idea!

Hint: if your shooting in dark conditions but you dont want to use the flash, open the flash and put your hand over it so that when it flashes it will be blocked but you will still have the fast shutter speed, so no blurr.
