Has anyone tried any of the new tube testers? Like this one.

I want to get into working on tube guitar amps. I've worked on some solid state amps, but tube is pretty much the entire high end guitar market. More so than with the playback gear.
I've tried to work on a couple newer surface mount guitar amps, but they are beyond me. I'd rather learn tube.
So I need a tube tester, but I need something I can count on to be in spec.
