I have a Marantz 2285B paired with 6300 turntable and klipsch belle speakers, I’m going to send off my 2285b for rehab and I’m looking for a replacement when she’s gone, I like to shake the house quite often, and have a extensive vinyl collection so, I definitely want power with a MM phono, and would like to be able to listen to Pandora, please help I’m old school and have know idea about the new technology. Thanks Brian H.

At 103dB sensitivity, the Belles might be able to shake the house with a headphone amp!

Try something different. If you don't use the tuner, try an integrated amp. If money is an object, try a Kenwood KA-7100. They are plentiful and sound nice.

Or maybe something really different and try the Yamaha WXA-50. Streams using the musicast app. Quite a sweet unit. Definitely NOT old school.

EDIT: Forget my suggestion...no phono.

Get a nice Harman Kardon 330b or c and enjoy it. Then when the 2285 comes back you can move the HK to another location. Only 20 watts but with 103dB speakers it will play pretty loud.

Maybe an Onkyo TX-4500 (II also) at 55/60wpc if you want some good power just in case.

All are great sounding receivers
