New VS Old decision time

Ok the quick run down on what I have now: marantz 2238b with a carver m1.5t amp powering a set of speakerlab super sevens "200watt 4ohm", plus a set of speakerlab delta hybrid type 5's "250watt 4ohm" once I get them refoamed. Put simply I love my marantz but I am sick of the carver amps humming. So I have thought of 3 options....

1. Sell the carver and the marantz to buy either a marantz 2285b or the 2330b.
2. Sell the carver and the marantz to buy a sunfire ultimate reciever II
3. Sell the carver and the marantz, buy a sunfire theater grand 2-3 anlong with a pair of signature amps.

I am currently leaning toward option 2 simply because I pair everything down to one peace of equipment while having the flexability of modern gear and I see one local to me. I do worry that the sunfire ultimate reciever II will not have enough power to handel the big towers thats why I put up option 3.

Opinions welcome!

Just for clarification; you plan to run two sets of four ohm speakers from one receiver or amp? At the same time? Or one or the other?
