Newbie - Dual 604

Good afternoon

I have recently come across a Dual 604 for sale. My father has a Dual which I quite like, a 704 I believe.

My first question is - is the 604 a worthy investment, especially as a starter deck?

Second question - it is being sold with a Rega Bias 2 cartridge - is this a good match for the turntable?

It's a nice table, I got one and is my only non-japanese table. Reliable and performs flawlessly. On the lineup, the 604 does sit below the 704 by a few models, as it doesn't have the stronger motor, vta and it uses a different tonearm design. Depending on price (less than $100) with a nice cartridge, and overall good condition, it's nice TT.
