As I attempted to pull these tweeters out to see how they would test on my multimeter. I took out the first 3 screws and that seemingly didn't allow me to pull it out? I then removed the other 4 which held the diaphragm sandwiched to the magnet. As soon as the last screw cleared it the magnet dropped like a rock to the bottom of the cabinet tearing the connection on the diaphragm. Sigh. whoops. I'm thinking they're shot now. Well as I live and screw up things I learn. It's looking like the going rate on eBay is up to 70 or so bucks for an Emit R tweeter. I'm so glad I only paid 30 bucks initially for these reference six infinity's(plus cost of new surrounds ~55). the other one tested fine
