Hi all , am new here ,after coming to this site more than 10 times in a day for info on vintage Sansui gear i figured i might as well register . I look forward to learning as much as i can from the gurus on this site. Thanks for being here.

Where at in Texas, east or west?
I've lived in Arlington (hated it), worked in Midland\Odessa (not bad) and lived outside Tyler (best). Moved out quite a few years ago, now I'm up North.
 
yookoso (welcome). coming from the hill country should make it easier to climb the mountains to find the gurus.
 
Am in central Texas and yes we do see the Monarchs . They always pass by the shop where i work and we see them fill the skies and sometimes they camp out in the trees. i have seen them in Mexico also. Those butterflies really make a long journey. i may vacation in Canada this summer to get away from the Texas summer. I have noticed lots of vintage audio gear for sale in Canada on the bay, maybe i will shop the thrift stores while i am there....
