They (JohnA) compare or cast as successor to the 3.3’s. I had those quite a while, and actually with my new house/room I would repurchase if a pair becomes available. Really tremendous value, as these T6’s can be. Although, my 3.3’s went even lower, down to 23hz +/- 2hz … and sounded it … still the most articulate, defined, musical bass I’ve heard in any floorstanders (although I have to say the big Usher BE-20’s were as good many years later at someone else’s house). Ken Kantor’s implementation of that fine 1259 woofer was really good. My experience largely mirrors Thomas Norton’s and Corey Greenberg’s reviews …

Guess not many here have these speakers. I also have VT-2's and VT's as well.
