Nichicon Cap Date Codes

I am tying to determine if there are date codes on Nichicon capacitors and how to interpret them. Most, if not all of my Nichicon caps in the UKZ, UFG, UFG series and other audio grade caps have a "code" consisting of one capital letter and four numbers. I have read that the letter denotes the factory, the first two numbers the year, and the third and fourth numbers the week, so B1927 would be the 27th week of 2019. Is what I have described correct? Can anyone confirm what those letter/numbers mean? Can anyone point me to a reliable source for this information? I ask as I recently came into possession of some caps with the first two digits of 90, 09, 10, and 13 (possibly old stuff?) but all of the caps test great on my Peak Atlas ESR70 meter.
What do the "experts" think?

Of course I started with the bigG and only found one vague reference to the YYWW format. I followed the link provided by Tom to a Nichicon request form. I will share any response I receive.

Assuming the YYWW format is correct, if you had an assortment of about 100 caps with YY codes of 90, 09, 10, and 13, would you use them? Do you have caps in your cubbyholes and drawers with date codes >10 years? >20 years? Would you use them in your next amplifier project?

These all tested well within capacitance (all within 10%, most much closer) and all are well within ESR specs. These are small caps, mostly 100uf and below, with voltage ratings of 50v or less. These are not big main Power Supply filter caps.
