For a long time now, I have been looking for the Yamaha CR-2020 Receiver but it seems they have become a hard find.:tears:
I'v now settled & acquired the Nikko AM/FM stereo Receiver model 8085. There are some discussions relating to the NIKKO how they are well built. But I can't find any reviews on the actual 8085 model. Anyone know much about this model & in your opinion what can you say about the sound performance...Sharp, natural , musically accurate, specifications, any info about your own personal experience will be appreciated.
Details I have found.
Country: Japan
Year: 1978
Power out 150 W (unknown quality)
from Radiomuseum.org Model: 8085 - Nikko Electric Manufacturing
Material Wooden case
Notes AM/FM Stereo Receiver mit 2x 75 Watt Sinus.
Net weight (2.2 lb = 1 kg) 12 kg / 26 lb 6.9 oz (26.432 lb)
Cheers :thmbsp:
