I am working on repairing a Nikko Beta 1 preamp. This preamp is pretty unusual with +- 66V power rails. I need to replace a JFET 2SK95 (Shindengen) with VDS max 150V! All my searches suggest there isn't a modern equivalent. I did manage to locate its P-CH partner 2SJ32, but I hope somebody has an idea for replacement or a source.
