Nivico JVC BLA-40E ??

I'm considering purchasing a pair of these speakers and would appreciate the sage advice of the community. There is not much info or comment on them on this esteemed forum or the internets in general. I hope to drive them with a 15 watt HK tube amp. Are these efficient speakers with a full bass? That's what I'm looking for. Also I'm having a heck of a time creating this thread on my phone so I apologize in advance.

There's definitely some info on the net on those. I've seen them before. Most likely 1960's, maybe early 70's vintage.
Frequency range on the back looks like it should go fairly deep. Expect to need to recap them unless they have some nice oil caps in there.

I think they are from the early 60s. I've read from you sir (circa 2013) that jbl made some good speakers but I'm not familiar. The two horn tweets would seem to suggest the highs would be good.

Well the first two pics are off the web. The second two are the ones I'm considering. The fronts don't look quite that nice.
