Nivico/JVC SRP-471E-3 Anti-Skate Weight Attachment Point

Hi all. I recently picked up a Nivico SRP-471E that needs some attention. One of the issues is a missing Anti-Skate counter weight. I have a few genric counterweights in my inventory, however I cannot tell from the downloaded owners manual or pics I’ve found on line where to attache the loop end. The best pic I can find is attached. But the actual detail of where and how to attach is not clear. Can anyone provide a clean photo of where I attach the loop end of the counter weight?
