So where can I find my " Last Log In Info " ?
All suggestions have been for nought.
Please try your suggestion before tell me to try it .
How come the post lists are not highlighted with my last date on the site ? The older version was.

For those wondering, last log in is just that ... last time a member was seen on the forum. Good for tracking friends, but ... just do a search on the name and you'll get a list with last visit first. No biggie.

If the user allows it it can be seen here by clicking on the users Avavtar

Was playing around with it and it seems to display last seen information differently for different members.

There are some settings in one's Preferences (also in Privacy settings) that may be related. Might be good to see if either of those are checked (or not).

Hi:
What is the problem with putting the " Last time logged in " in the upper right corner underneath the members name ?
I still cannot find the last logged in time anywhere else . ,. . . WHAT IS THE PROBLEM ?

Why is the font in the posts so light ? Please change the font to black and have the font go lighter , as it did in the old program , to show the last logged in time !
I notice the font does go lighter but I do not know why ? Why does this happen ?

Hi:
I am still looking for " Last Log In Time and Date " and I still cannot find the data anywhere. WHY NOT ? ? ?

Why can't the data be put in next to my name ? " Last Logged In XX XX 2016 at XX;XX AM Or PM "
This is the way other sites do it , why not this one ?

I have also noticed a few others complaining about the soft blue color . I have also mentioned this. It is hard to see the difference between the posts. Other sites also have the color of the unread posts darker than the posts that were read. This also goes back to the last read posts , the color difference , what little I can discerne. does not seem to correspond to my last read posts to me memory !

Just what is the problem in making these changes to a better and easier read site , is it a part of " Not Invented Here " or some people saying " I Like it and I you Don't , Too Bad " or am I wrong ?

Four months and still no change or acknowledgement !

Ed

Are you using a phone to browse AK? Not every bit of information translates to every browser on every phone. Clearly the info is available, for the price of a click, at least, on a computer, as others have demonstrated. If you cannot find it, it may not be available on your phone. If you are using a computer, then click on the avatar or username, and read the pop-up.

Looks like the Last Logged in now says "Edlipman was last Seen ..."
but it seems to be the same darned thing ...
I clicked your name under your avatar picture and this box popped up ...

Looks like you were reading the REVOX thread about 26 minutes ago ...

So - what you are complaining about Looks to be ALREADY IN PLACE!!

I think the issue with a lot about what you are asking for is AudioK is a VOLUNTEER site ...
NO ONE is getting paid to set up and admin the site - and, like all software, making a change here can break something else there ...
My guess is that for the most part, the site is working well for the majority of users ...
SO they are probably not going to make minor adjustments for you if no one else is asking for it ...

You know the saying, if it ain't broke, don't fix it ...

(I am NOT trying to be snarky - but as a computer developer elsewhere -
we don' go looking for things to change for Sh## & grins
when its working we tend to leave it alone ...)

PS - I am NOT one of the volunteers here - I have no control over things here ...

And at 23:00 tonight, I clicked your box again and it said you were last on at 5:36 PM

So - that's what you wanted - one click and its all there!

Heather, thanks for your efforts. Ed was told all this when he started the thread, yet he persisted in ignoring the good advice of others.

Let us hope that you are successful in conveying this information, when others, through no fault of their own, were no.

Due to some cornfusion, appears Ed is getting smacked around a little.

In his defense, I'm pretty sure @edlipman is referring to the "last visited" date/time that vBulletin showed upon login-- not the "last seen" or activity info that XenForo tracks/displays.

For example, say you haven't been to AK for a month. When logging into the old vBulletin-AK it would greet you thusly:

Welcome, luvvinvinyl.
You last visited: 05-19-2016 at 07:54 PM

Last Visit = Last Activity in the session created before the current session.

Not sure if this is an available option with XenForo. If it is it's not turned on. All it is tracking/logging for the user(s) now is "the last time ANY activity occurred". Hence, (with the XenForo-AK) as soon as you login, the profile card displays your "last seen" whereabouts and elapsed time of activity in the current session; not the last (previous) date & time you visited the site.

Hope this helps clear the fog.
