I have seen this more than once But I just got an Onkyo P 3150 and an M 5150 at the SA for $70 so I got it, now its home. has a phono input but no GND lug so how can I ground the TT?
I have a Sony PS-T25 direct drive turntable that has no ground wire. It plays fine without it. Maybe you should hook it up and if you notice hum, then make a jumper wire, connect it to the turntable then to your amp or receiver ground screw.
yep its been removed! thanks for the info, but shortly after posting this as I was hooking it up anyway, I noticed my HHB CDR 800 actually has a GND screw just like the one that should have been on the back of the Onkyo so I used that one and it works, this aint a bad amp for the price, if I could only afford a m 508 or better yet a 510 (not likeky I'll ever get one of those, but I can dream cant I?)
