No Volume After Cleaning

I was gifted a great Admiral '60s console. Great cabinet and everything works. I cleaned all the pots with appropriate electronic cleaner - CRC QD Electronics Cleaner. All we're very scratchy. Now no volume. I checked that all connections were still in place. Radio tunes and phono works, but no sound. Can you tell me what to do?

Welcome aboard Chas.. Double check your switch settings.. All the knobs get placed back in the correct positions if they were removed ?
