Market price. Need to add an arm, dust cover and whatever else. New plinth isn't hard and can be nice upgrade. I got one from BT a few years ago needing arm (had a 3009), dust cover (had a friend with one he was not going to use) and a bit of cleaning and refinish on the plinth, not a rebuild of it. But a rebuild does have its benefits, nicer looking wood or whatever.
