non model number corals?

hi folks. i bought a pair of corals the other day. and i cant figure out the model number or name on them. in the photos you can see the size of them. the bozaks on top of the corals have 12 inch woofers. i think the corals have a 10 inch woofer. they are a 4 driver speakers. with alnicos all around.

i paid 50 clams for them. not sure if i paid too much or what. the drivers have the coral brand on them. any ideas what model designation they might be?

im wondering how i can get rid of the stain in one of the gfill cloth. and i cant figure out what it might be. any one else with corals can chime in on how you think of your corals. and some of you why you freakin love your corals.

i would like some more info on these. i just couldnt pass up on these(considering how huge they looked.)

Sounds like a pair of Coral BX-1001 speakers.....but I could be wrong?
I especially like Coral alnico horn tweeters.....good or better than Foster horns IMO.

ive got some new contact cleaner. so ill open up the back and clean the pads once again. ill take better photos of the driver numbers. these are sounding better with more use. very clean sound. doesnt sound compressed or open. not sure of the correct terminology. kinda hard to tell when theyre playing too loud is what im getting at i guess.
 
I don't think they're BX-1001's. My pair is marked at the speaker connector/tone knob with the model # and a little graph for freq. response.
Mine also have the latice grilles like Pioneer/Kenwood/Sansui. Yours look a bit older.
 
thanks both of you for your replies. i think i might have to post a different thread to make id on them. ill do that after i clean the contacts some more and possibly add the padding on the insides.

i sure dont want to keep posting about these but this one and the other thread didnt generate much interest. maybe if i yelled score. it will.
