So, I buy a genuinely NOS SME 3009 Series III for my TD-125 Mk II, the plan being to mount the high compliance Stanton carts I have in the drawer, and:
Lo, and Behold!, in the box is this Dynavector cartridge. Except for the 'nav' that is worn off of one side, it looks new. (Pics to follow.)
Were these ever packaged with SME arms in Canada (the seller is Canadian)? :scratch2:
The arm is badged SME Shure, and I would have expected a V15 Type III (if anything) to be inside. I understand that Shure at one point distributed SME in the States. How 'bout up North?
