Not sure where this ground wire goes to..

I opened this Proton AA-2120 amp because I am replacing the bulbs for the VU display. I found this black wire just hanging there. It coming from the circuit board and seems like it should be go to the chassis, but I cant find a place that it shoyld have been connected to.
