Sadly that is very true. My wife works at a Credit Union and she sees it happening all the time. These slime balls prey on the naive and the elderly. :gigglemad I don't seem to see as much originating in Nigeria as I did in the past. Maybe the Nigerian government finally realized that all that bogus activity and publicity was doing some very real harm to their economy.

It's amazing how many people are suckered into those scams otherwise they'd quit doing it.

You mean it's a scam?

I already quit my job,

I called home all excited. I told my wife to pack for a trip because I won a million dollars.

She asked if she should pack for warm or cold weather.

I told her I didn't care, just as long as she wasn't there when I got home.

I hate to say this, but most of these Nigerians worked from intrnetcafe's in Amsterdam, Holland. Fortunately they've busted 30 or 40 scammers, so that might be the reason there seems to be less Nigerian mails. Unfortunately they gave the scammers enough time to make a lot of victims... :thumbsdn:

I would skip the McIntosh, and go straight for the new Yamaha two-channel rig. Congrats, man! Hope that works out for ya. :naughty:

That is some funny sh*t right there. :smoke:
