Have been fiddling about with the office (real office, not home office system):

• Rega Planar 2 (built from spares) w/ rewired R200 and Denon DL110
• Hypnotoad LOMC phono stage
• Aikido LV preamplifier
• Magnavox AMP196-BA amplifier
• ZuneHD (not in photos)
• HiFiMeDIY Sabre USB DAC (WMA lossless from PC)
• Realistic SOLO-103 monitors

Metallica sounds *really* good right now.

EL84 Bugle Boys have been swapped out for a set of smokey Mullards. 7025 driver tube has been swapped for a triple-mica 5751.

Thanks! I had the bearing well, subplatter and motor left over from a Planar 3 upgrade (Planar 3 has moved to greener pastures), I found both the platter and plinth on eBay for obscenely low prices over the last couple of years, and the R200 was a 'parts or not working' unit because the wiring loom was shot - one Cardas rewire later and it works great. DL110 was a spare that came with my home turntable.

Del (Lilwing) did me a solid and hooked me up with the original P2 dustcover for cost of shipping.
