Today, sunday i decide record onto a cassette a vinyl from disco Music in good shape
First i tried with Pioneer CTF 1250 and meantime i was monitoring the recorded sound thanks to her three heads
Suddenly, i felt a channel more slow and suddenly i cant hear nothing
Like a cassette used was an "used" cassette (TDK SA 90) i change cassette for another used but in great conditions like the first
Same trouble
Finally i try with a new one cassette and the same,,,,, i decide return to the first cassette (this one had previously recording beneath) and suddenly i can heard the previously recording on the background and so .......
What problem can be this ??? Recording head ? oh my god, is sad.....
Finally i am recording with a CTF 900,,,, thanks god i have 2 Ctf 1000, a pioneer CTF 900, 4 Ctf 950 and very more, but the Queen is.....CTF 1250
i hope anyone can help me

Try cleaning your heads. Your symptoms sound consitent with a clump of oxide suddenly getting stuck to your heads.

Now.... is working !!!

I cleaned up with a cotton and alcohol and now seems to be working fine !!!
Disco music is all around my house !!
A TDK Sa is brilliant and with good sound !!!
