Ohm Speaker C2 Crossover Mod?

Okay, first I have to say I'm very much new to rebuilding speakers and electronics. I've been going through the threads and haven't really found an answer to my question. This is my 1st post too, so go easy on me guys.
I have a nice pair of Ohm C2s. They are the older model with no inductor in the crossover. I plan to replace the original caps with some film caps. As I took out the woofer to get to the crossover, I noticed that there is no inductor. I thought that was odd, but by searching threads I learned that there were inductors on the later builds of the C2, but not on the ones I have. I took a picture of the crossover and then looked at a crossover from the later version. To my untrained eye it looks like the newer crossovers and the SBA upgrade offered by Ohm is just an inductor added and another capacitor.

So, finally my question. Can I just add an inductor in series with the Positive wire and a capacitor in parallel across the woofer terminals and have the same affect as the SBA? I really don't want to spend the upgrade price to have Ohm do it if I can do it myself.

I have C2s bought new in '77. I think early with single tweeter switch. I had Ohm upgrade woofers in' 15.
I replaced caps with films. I used to have cross over pics. But, can't locate now.
When John, at Ohm, shipped the upgraded woofers. Both voicecoils were rubbing. They replaced with another set. No issues. I've rad where AKer's said there's tight clearance. You might want to shim, if reforming.
There's a lot more than just SBA with Ohm's upgrade. Poly cones and rubber surrounds. John said the power handling increased also.

It looks as if the early crossovers use a single capacitor on the midranges and tweeters, for a simple first order slopes. The woofers were probably ran full range, with a natural roll off, plus using some of the resistors, for balancing to the other drivers.

The later crossovers look to still use single caps for the mids and tweeters, for 6dB first order slopes. Those new crossovers now have an inductor and an extra capacitor. I assume that's a new 12dB, 2nd order crossover, for the woofers? I can't be sure, since I don't know the wiring? But if so, you'd need to add both the coil and cap to properly replicate the new design. Just adding a coil wouldn't work, since the coil and capacitor are both needed to create a 12dB slope. I'd order all new caps, when ordering the coils. Refresh everything, especially if you have any of the red/black caps in your speakers? Those are awful, and are known to fail.
